I’m Kiniko Willingham, a Black Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #93433) and Air Force veteran dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their rise into their power.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults across California through secure telehealth services. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for the diverse experiences, identities, and realities each person brings into therapy.

I believe that effective therapy requires more than clinical knowledge it requires understanding, cultural awareness, and the ability to hold space without judgment. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that honors your lived experience.

Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I support individuals navigating trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.
